Pray For My Cheating Husband.

First of all, let me say that I feel incredibly STUPID praying for God to save my marriage to a man who doesn't even value us enough to be faithful. I believe if the bible says adultery frees the other spouse to leave the marriage, she/he should...and never look back. However, I've been instructed by God to stay in my marriage (mess) b/c He wants to sanctify it through me.

I am angry and disappointed but I do pray for my marriage and my spouse daily. I also pray at midnight, for this particular situation is an urgent one where the cheating spouse has spirits on him with a stronghold.

I ask that whosoever will, pray with me that God saves my marriage and my husband. If God truly honors marriage and desires for us to be together, I believe it's already done. It's just a matter of how and when.

Please pray that God fixes things NOW and pray that He goes before us and makes the crooked paths straight. I am so tired of being verbally and emotionally abused.

My marriage is just a year, please I need your prayer. My husband is not faithful, he receives different phone calls from ladies in my presence, telling them he loves them, even promise to marry them.

I've confronted him several times but he doesn't change I reported to a pastor but nothing happened. I think I should just quit because he is not making me happy.

I'm not working because I don't have my green card yet. We are in the US, he prefer to send money to his girlfriends in Nigeria than taking care of me. I'm really fed up.

Please pray for me.

My husband is a Pastor but young girls chase him after money behind my back. I have seen their messages and he denies everything. The ladies are members of our Church. I try to hold myself and act normal but its hard on me, I just keep on praying for God to stop the affairs. It's eating me up in silence. Pray with me!

Thank you SO MUCH for your response, Mrs. Anonymous. It really helps to hear another woman going through the same thing view her situation from such a ....mature perspective.

If it wasn't for my anger, I think I could probably view things in a similar way. I just KNOW that I wouldn't be with my spouse if he hadn't lied about everything to get with me in the first place. It burns me up that after I went against my better judgment and gave him the chance he begged me for, he STILL abandoned me and our child and is now living with the woman he's cheating with. I can honestly say that I don't even want my husband anymore...even if God wants to sanctify my marriage through me. I pray that he gets saved...but only b/c God wants me to. I don't care what happens to him one way or the other. It's beyond me how women STILL want their husbands even after he has cheated on them w/ other women. I just don't have that in me! I do respect and even kind of admire those women, though.

Anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS. God gave me a time frame today. Don't know what's going to happen after that time is up but please pray that I'm in agreement with God's will. God bless you.

In am in the same situation. I am living with my husband and he is having an affair with a woman that he says he loves and is not going to end the relationship. I had to realize that this trial had just as much to do with me as it does with him as God does not like to be ignored or neglected in his relationship with us and so I think some things are allowed to happen so that God can get our attention and remind us who our main focus in life should be. Make no mistake the devil does want your marriage it fell but God wants you. Place your husband in God's hands and let him fight this battle so that you can win the war, you have to totally relinquish your husband to God's care because you don't want the man he is now you want the man God intended for him to be and the same goes for yourself. It is not easy and I feel like I'm being punched in the gut all day everyday but I'm determined to let God do his thing and I will stand back and witness the Glory of the Lord. I will be praying for you.

Antoinette, I feel the heat of your disappointment (even frustration) over your husband's infidelity.

I'm glad you are a Christian and God has spoken to you to reconcile and rebuild your marriage. That is also my suggestion to you.

However, you'll have to deal with the anger, malice, bitterness, hatred and any such negative emotions that have taken hold of you. If this is not done, prayers (and the answers) may not have a free course. So you'll need fresh grace to clean up. I can provide you a guide to help you be on the right frame.

Also, we will make targeted prayers to undo that which has captivated your husband for so long. God is able.
